Seven Reasons Spins Vanish
Before You Panic, After You Check
The usual worry is that missing spins are gone for good, and most of them are not.
A Top-Up That Fell Short
Anything under NZ$16 does not trigger the spins, so the balance grows but the counter stays empty; top up to the minimum and open the bonus section again.
Second Time Around, Nothing
Twenty spins on Razor Shark are handed out once per person, address and device, so a second claim is refused; live chat can say which account used them.
Is The Activate Button Waiting?
Spins often sit waiting rather than missing, so log in, open the bonus area and press activate; until that click nothing reaches the reels of Book of Dead.
Is The Wrong Slot Open?
Each batch is tied to one game, and Book of Dead, Razor Shark or Aztec Gems must be the one loaded; switch to the named slot and the balance appears.
By the end you will know which of the three fits the way you want to play right now.

The Gain: One Slot Per Offer
18+Each offer here runs on one named slot, so this block settles which game your spins load into.
Play'n GO
Book of Dead
Book of Dead carries all 232 welcome spins at 0.10 each plus 25 and 35 more, at 0.10 each too, on a Play'n GO classic. 232 free spins · Starter bundle · deposit 1; 25 free spins · Starter bundle · deposit 2; 35 free spins · Starter bundle · deposit 3
Razor Shark handles your 20 no-deposit spins at 0.10 each, and its high volatility plus 96.7% RTP suits a short sharp session. 20 free spins · Zero deposit spins; RTP 96.7%
Saturday brings 30 spins at 0.20 each on Da Vinci's Treasure, a Pragmatic Play title built for longer bonus rounds. 30 free spins · Weekend spins · Saturday
Sunday lands 75 spins at 0.10 each on Aztec Gems, where 96.52% RTP and medium volatility keep the ride steady. 75 free spins · Weekend spins · Sunday; RTP 96.52%
Multiply spins by spin value, apply the slot RTP for the expected win, then the wagering on that win. It is an estimate, and the table carries every figure.

Nominal Amount20 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$2.00

Sort The Code First, Deposit Later
At sign-up you pick a welcome step or the no-deposit route, and the code you enter decides everything that follows. Check the minimum deposit before you send money.
Spins Credited To Your Balance
Once the code is accepted, the spins sit in your account rather than on the game. Watch the clock here, because the window starts counting from that moment.
Slotspalace Casino Names One Game
Slotspalace Casino credits the spins only on the named game, so opening Book of Dead or Razor Shark matters. Each spin runs at its fixed stake, with no way to raise it.
Bonus Money Becomes Withdrawable Cash
Winnings arrive as bonus money, and you clear them on slots before the offer's days run out. Staying under the maximum bet keeps the whole balance intact while you play.

Settle The Free Spins Questions
Straight answers, because we would rather you read the terms than guess them.
trustDo I need to wager my spin winnings before I cash out?+
Spin winnings land as bonus money, never as cash. You clear them by wagering, and a withdrawal request opens once that is done and your documents are approved. Meeting the playthrough first is the whole point of the rule.
trustWhat if I want spins more than once?+
Welcome spins run once per new account, and the no-deposit twenty sit on one claim only. Returning players pick up the weekly weekend spins, the birthday spins and the referral spins instead. One account per person, so a second sign-up will not unlock a second set.
trustWhat if I invite a friend and they deposit?+
Refer a friend who deposits at least NZ$20 and fifty spins at 0.10 on Kings of Cash come your way. You can do this for up to ten friends, and each batch stays open for two days. The spins carry 20x wagering on three days.
trustDo I need a computer to play the spins?+
Your phone is enough. The same account runs on mobile browsers and in the app, and the spins sit on it wherever you log in. App users also collect twenty spins at 0.20 on Toshi Video Club once, after a 20x wagering route.
trustWhy is the spin stake fixed at one amount?+
Each batch is set at 0.10 or 0.20 per spin, so the value table can be honest with you. Changing the stake would break that sum and the wagering behind it. If you want bigger stakes, play your own balance on the same slot after the spins finish.
trustWhen did the Malta Gaming Authority license this casino?+
Slotspalace Casino Ltd. has held its Malta Gaming Authority license, number MGA/B2C/752/2011, since 2011. That regulator sets the rules behind every spin and every withdrawal you see here. Company details sit in Spinola Road, St Julian's.
Limits That Stay Inside Your Reach
Nothing about a spin batch asks you to deposit again or keep the reels turning. Set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion from your account whenever you want. New Zealand players can also talk things through with the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand, Gambling Helpline New Zealand or The Salvation Army Oasis.
Loss limits. A cap you set so play stops at a figure you chose while calm, not one the session picked for you.
Self-exclusion. A firm closure of your account and marketing for a set stretch, with no way back in until it ends.
Cooling-off period. A short pause on your account when you want distance from the reels without closing anything for good.
Slotspalace Casino Payout Path
Keep What The Reels Give You
Read this the moment a spin balance lands and you want to know whether it can leave the casino.
One Claim Per Household
Twenty spins without deposit on Razor Shark come once per person, household and device, so sharing a connection means just one claim stands and the extra winnings go.
How Long Do I Have Left?
Winnings from the welcome batches must be cleared inside fifty-six days, and the deposit batches expire thirty days after they land in the account.
What Does Forty-Two Times Mean?
Every amount won with spins is played through forty-two times before any withdrawal, so NZ$3.36 of expected winnings asks for about NZ$141.12 of turnover.
Treat Winnings As Bonus Money
Nothing that drops from a spin reaches your cash balance straight away; it arrives as bonus money and turns into withdrawable funds only once the full playthrough is done.
